New Jira Lab View Errors

I want to revert to the view before Jira Labs (list view). It has messed with my permissions (even though they have not changed in the space). I can no longer change assignees, even though I'm an admin, and I can't reply to customers (only internal notes). This has also affected my Jira Mobile app, as I get a message saying "You do not have permission to view queues for this space".

Check your workflow to see if something changed there, make sure there are no restrictions on the transition. Also check that you have the service desk role in the project and that the permission scheme to make sure you have the right permission.

I have both Admin and Service Desk roles. Nothing has changed other than the prompt that appeared for the new list view. Screenshot 2026-07-15 112904.png
