New Custom Field Shows "Hidden" Label When Added to Request Form

We were looking for a way to add a currency field and were able to do so by using Custom Filed Suite by @Caelor Support 

We created a new Currency custom field to add to a new Request Form and Issue View.

The new field is available in the fields section of Project Settings > Request Types and can be added to both the Request Form and Issue View however, in Request Form, the Currency custom field shows a "hidden" label to the right similar to the "required" label.  There does not seem to be any way to unhide this field.

I've checked field configuration and screen schemes and it appears to be setup correctly but who knows.  There is an option to "hide" the field configuration. I feel like I'm going around in circles.

Not sure where else to check to unhide this field.

 Unfortunately, Custom Field Suite is a forge app, and JSM forms are still unsupported. The same goes for Jira Work Management projects, which will be released within weeks. 

We hope it will be supported soon, as this is one of the most requested features.

Thank you for the response.

I’m new to Jira and not entirely sure what a forge app is but I understand that the fields will not be available to form. 

I’m assuming they means to both the original Issue Form and the newer form builder? 

What would be the best way for us to use the currency field to keep track of transactions that are requested for review or invoices to be paid?
