How can I quickly see that the customer has replied to my message? In the queues in which the ticket is located, I only see the unchanged status.

You could set up an automation to move the ticket into "Waiting for Support" when a comment is left by the customer. That typically is set up out of the box, actually. Is that how your Service Management project is working?
