Background:
I have one agent who rarely looks at their account (long story...).
Today, from out the blue, this agent received 2 messages from JIRA Service Desk (email address was noreply@atlassian.com):
Welcome to Jira Service Desk Community
and
Convert customer emails to requests in your Jira Service Desk account
Due to an upgrade?
Should I expect to see more of the same for all of my agents?
Is this because the agent is rarely active?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
There was an issue with the targeting and the emails were sent to many users, new agents or not. I also received the email "Welcome to Jira Service Desk Community" even though I access everyday. The issue was fixed and other agents that you add on your instance should not receive these emails.
