I am trying to send internal comment to non user through CC. But unable to do so currently.
Objective is without notification to customer need to send mail to other departments out side organization. Once receive update will notify to customer
If you're on Server we support doing this with Notification Assistant for Jira (web/marketplace). I would probably configure a custom event tied to a workflow transition to trigger the notification.
