Need help with importing new objects into an object type

Using Jira data center 9.12 and JSM 5.12.  I am able to import an Object Types with Objects, can update existing Objects, but not able to import new/add objects to a specific Object Type.  

Importing a csv file with headers that match the attributes in Object Type LineItems.

Created an import configuration with the file uploaded.  This is a one time import.  Created the Object Type mapping and matched the csv file headers with the attributes in that object type.  This works and lets me update the existing records that have matching SR Number.

Just need to add records that do not match SR Number.

Hi Liz,

could you also please share a screenshot of your expanded import configuration so that we can have a general look on this? Also, each import will give you an audit log. Can you please provide with the audit log of this import as well? Usually there should be something like "objects imported", "objects skipped" or even some kind of errors.

Hi Liz - can you share your headings? And you are importing with a blank value in the SR Number?
