"QVC Live" and "Amazon SMT" were the two servicedesk projects which are now saying as I cannot access or they are deleted.
Can you please check your logs and help me to know what were the activities in last few days? Any input would help me on the same.

we in the Community cannot access your instance. You might wish to check logs here - Jira settings > system > Audit logs to see if it provides any clues. You need to be an admin to do this. Assuming you are an admin, I would check w/ any other Admin(s) on this as well.
