Need help getting our existing help desk tickets to migrate to cloud.

We are on Jira 8.0 with Service desk 3.3.1 and when I try to migrate the helpdesk tickets over I get these errors.

2022-10-27 16:14:32.623174 ERROR HLP project-import We couldn't import Workflow 'JIRA Service Desk IT Support Workflow generated for Project HEL' because of 1 missing dependencies: Screen 10002. This caused 193796 other items to fail. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.
2022-10-27 16:14:34.676665 ERROR HLP project-import We couldn't import Issue HLP-30005 because of 1 missing dependencies: Goal 27. This caused 13 other items to fail. Check the reasons for the missing dependencies on your server site.

The second error is repeated alot due to the I think GOAL numbers.

Any Idea how to fix it.  No records migrate over.

Have you looked at Screen 10002 to see what dependencies you have?  It sounds like the GOAL 27 field might be missing on the screen.  I would also suggest that you run the Database Integrity Checker to check and fix any inconsistencies in the Server.

This could sound dumb but I cant find Screen 10002??  any suggestion to help with that?

Also I have run the Database Integrity Checker multiple times to try and fix this.

@Patrick J Bonk did you look at the workflows in Project HEL?  That is where the issue is and the screen is most likely on one of the transitions.
