Need help and detail about app pricing for jira

Hi,

I have two Jira cloud products. Jira Service and Jira Software. On the Jira service, I have 8 users, and on Jira Software, I have 15 users. If the app is compatible for both and if I purchase the app, will it install for both products and will I have to pay for both product's users? If yes, then I want to know how to purchase the app only for Jira Service Management and not for Jira Software.

yes and no,

If you buy an app it will work for both products (if compatible of course) but you will only pay for your highest tier.

So if you have a 8 user tier and 15 user tier you will be charged for the 15 users tier.

This will not limit the app to only those 15 but (if unique) to the 23 users you have.

It is not possible to "limit" an app to specific users and only pay for those.
