Navigating Incident Management in Jira

I wanted to check if there is a guide that shows how to navigate the incident life cycle in Jira from start to finish.

hi @Imran Shad , I guess it depends on your implementation. JSM is designed to capture the entire lifecycle of an incident. Is that not what you have in place? The History tab is a good place to see a chronological view of an Incident.
