Is it possible to set more than one question in the customer feedback? We are starting this project in my company and NPS will be calculated individually, I need more than one question to analyze customer satisfaction with our analysts. If Jira doesn't have this option it's possible to develop an API for this?

Hi Barbara, welcome to the Community. OOTB you cannot configure this. The Marketplace has one cloud option listed - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213103/surveys-for-jira-jira-customer-surveys?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
