N-Able N-Central Vulnerability

Hello,

I have been trying to get a response from support but maybe the community knows.

I would like to check if Atlassian systems:
1. utilizes N-able N-central,
2. whether any systems, data, credentials, or accounts may have been affected was affected by CVE-2026-18577, and
3. any actions taken to mitigate the vulnerability.

Affected Systems
• Vendor: N-able
• Product: N-central
• Versions: All releases up to and including 2026.3.1
• Deployment: Both cloud-hosted and on-premises instances are affected

How do you see this.

If your company uses this product would you disclose this to your customers or would you mitigate and fixe the issue on the software?

IF there is no solution yet, I would contact the vendor of the software and ask them how to fix this.

Atlassian on-prem installations don't include any product like this, this is separate product that a company would have. So the company that has Atlassian on-prem should have this app to, this is that companies decission
