Hello,

I have been trying to get a response from support but maybe the community knows.

I would like to check if Atlassian systems:
1. utilizes N-able N-central,
2. whether any systems, data, credentials, or accounts may have been affected was affected by CVE-2026-18577, and
3. any actions taken to mitigate the vulnerability.

Affected Systems
• Vendor: N-able
• Product: N-central
• Versions: All releases up to and including 2026.3.1
• Deployment: Both cloud-hosted and on-premises instances are affected

Thanks

If your company uses this product would you disclose this to your customers or would you mitigate and fixe the issue on the software?

IF there is no solution yet, I would contact the vendor of the software and ask them how to fix this.
