Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Could you explain what this has to do with Atlassian software?  Given that they don't have remote desktop products, I suspect you've clicked on "help with Atlassian Jira" instead of "help with my organisation's system" (Your organisation is probably using Jira as a help-desk)
