Hi, according to my colleagues, they have been unable to tag me in JIRA. My name is not coming up for them. How can I fix this?

Hi Sarah,

Are they facing issues only to mention you or there are more users being affected?
Can you check or ask your Jira administrator to check if you have 'Browse Users' permission?
