Hi, @Yeferson Estaper. The Atlassian Community is largely a community of your customer peers. We cannot reset your environment for you.
Moreover, while Atlassian's Free Cloud plan includes basic, manual backup options (like XML exports for Jira) and relies on Atlassian's internal infrastructure for system recovery, it lacks automated, granular backups and long retention periods found in paid plans
Customers must manually export data (like work items, users, project data, etc.) but restore is limited, requiring manual effort or relying on Atlassian's snapshots for major outages, with data typically kept for only 14 days before automatic expiry in their system, emphasizing that users are responsible for their own data protection strategy.
I don't think Atlassian will be able to help you either.
