My approval section on "approvals" is missing, pls help

Have you tried refreshing the page or logging out and back in? If that doesn't fix it, sharing a screenshot along with details like your role, permissions, and the platform you're using will make it easier for others to help troubleshoot.

Hi @Ananda Putra Hermawan , welcome to the Community!

Approval section isn't visible throughout the entire lifecycle of a request.

It only renders while the request is actively sitting in a workflow status that has a pending approval configured. Once the decision is made and the issue transitions out of that status, the main Approval panel disappears and the historical record moves under Activity → Approvals.

Can you find anything here ?
