My access has been revoked from a board, the admin didn’t do anything

This morning, out of nowere, I couldn’t reach my work board anymore. Apparently my permission got revoked. The admin didn’t do anything, actually he sent me again the link to join the board. The page kept loading all the time, and it the end it says “error try later”. I even made a new account and I have the same issue. I tried using a different browser, deleted the cache, everything. I just can’t join the board anymore and it’s stressing me out because I have work and tight deadlines.

Are any other users able to access the same board with the same URL?

Are you able to access any other page within the Jira instance? 

It would be helpful if your Jira admin could join in on this dialog. There will probably be questions asked that only the Jira Admin can answer.

Alternately your Jira Admin can open a support case with Atlassian, if you are working with Jira instance that is on a paid subscription vs. a free subscription.
