My Jira Service Desk open very slow

Hi, I use Ubuntu16.04-server, install the Jira Service Desk and Confluence, Confluence work very well, but I open Jira Service Desk very slow, I search online may be is java memory problem, I change the memory to 2GB, but it same slow, can you help me the problem?

Solved.

Problem is base url

You need curl -v "base url"

If time out, it will open website very slowly.

You can edit your hosts, "base url" ip address to localhost

Then it will be open fast.
