I'm getting an issue with Automation.

Hi @NguyenDttn 

Can you check what statuses are available for the issue? Go to <your_url>/rest/api/2/issue/EX-74/transitions, which should show the available statuses for your issue. Is the status you are wanting there?

Hi @NguyenDttn 

Is it possible in the workflow of EX-74 to go from status Open to status Done?
Is there a transition for this in the workflow?

And if so, have these transition conditions / validations been set up?
