Modify the ticket widget

Hi, is it possible to modify the ticketing widget? Such as editing the "Send Button" Text or automatically assigning an email address?

This is not possible, at least without modifying the underlying code.

Actually, given you are on Cloud you don’t have access to change the software and even if you did it would get overwritten with updates made by Atlassian.
