Modified Name User

Hi Community!

I am new as an administrator in Jira.
I would need your help to know if it is possible to modify the name of a user without suggesting the change.

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.

Answer accepted

Only the owner can change their name or rather you need to log into the users account to make the change and that requires username and password.
