Mobile version in jira cloud not letting add description in creation request's form.

 When customers are submitting a request via mobile app, they can not add the "Description" in the first attemp.

They need to submitt the ticket and then they have to EDIT it in order to add the description.

So basically it comes empty, only with the Summary.

Is there a way to configure it in the "create" form?
