Mobile app for customer

Hi community,

Currently the mobile app for Jira Service management supports / could be used by customers or it is still available only for agents?

If not, could you give any experience and suggestion about marketplace apps?

For now, it is only available for agents. As a workaround, customers can access the portal from their web browser.

You are correct, the official Jira mobile app is only available for agents, not for customers. As mentioned, customers can access the portal via their mobile web browser, which works reasonably well for basic tasks. The main advantage of this approach is that it's free and doesn't require any additional setup. However, the user experience is not as seamless as a dedicated mobile app, features like push notifications, offline access, and an intuitive interface are missing.
