I am missing some features before Jira ServiceDesk ready to be used by us.
Is it possible to when new issues gets created, we also receive notification via the jira android app? We receive all other notifications but not when new issues gets created.
Anyone know if there is a setting or something to enable that?
Check the notification configuration for issue created.
This confirms if notification is fired to You on issue created.

Yes i have set up in the Notification Scheme. And i can confirm that the new issue has generated a notification to me on email, but not in the mobile app.
I need to get into the mobile app, and update the notification pane and then i see the new issue.
