Missing queue number

I am missing a queue number in JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT.  I think it is deleted by someone.

How do I restore and view it?

Hello @Rodrick Ang

To ensure that we are talking about the same thing:

A Queue is a group of issues, displayed within a Service Management project to Agents.

Example:

If a Queue has been deleted it cannot be restored.

The creation and deletion of queues is not tracked in the Jira System Audit Log, so there is no log available to get information about the deletion of the queue.

The queue is just a way to see work items within the project/space. If it was only the Queue that was deleted, then the work items still exist in the Space.

@Rodrick Ang

In addition to what @Trudy Claspill stated,   If the queue in question is a custom queue, you can recreate it because they are  based on JQL queries, you can always create a new queue based on the same JQL query to re-establish the deleted queue.

Hope this helps.
