Missing IT Support in Knowledge -bases

Hi,

In confluence i don't see the IT Support (Option) in Knowledge-bases., Space Directory.

Please let me know how to enable it.

If you can't see a space in the space directory, then you don't have "use" access to it. You'll need to grant access to it for it to appear.
