Migration server to cloud error

When attempting to migrate for server JSL to Cloud JSM we get an : " Error communicating with server" error. 

How can we fix this ?

Please read the following article on Atlassian URL's and IP-ranges, for the Cloud migrator see the additional article.

Make sure all the IP-ranges are whitelisted.
