Probably someone has followed this use-case already.

I will need to bulk import customers and old tickets from Reamaze and maybe someone has already done this and can share their experience.

@Artyom Veselov, I have never seen any discussion regarding migration specifically from Reamaze and a quick search didn't turn anything up. There certainly isn't any template specific to Reamaze so your option is to use CSV import. As long as you can export to csv/excel, clean it up a bit then you can easily import. I would suggest a quick test of a handful of issues. In fact, it is always a good idea to run thru a number of tests and then when you have it right you can save off the import as a template and use for the final run. Note, I have often found that even after I import from CSV I end up performing a bulk edit operation to clean issues up to have a nice clean starting point.

Good Luck!!

@Artyom Veselov, I do not have a template and even if I dd it would likely not work for your case. I really don't believe this will be a big deal to import. For sure it might be tedious but certainly doable. Just identify the key fields you want to retain, ensure  you have a field in your Jira project to map it to and then run the importer. Here is a guide in case you have not already seen it - Creating Issues Using the CSV Importer

Thanks @Jack Brickey, but the suggestion you provided is obvious one :).

The data which I export from Reamaze is really different from what can be imported into JSD.

If you can clarify/show example of the following data, that might be appreciated.

We need to import Tickets (which will be Jira issues) along with Customers who participated in their discussion, + Staff users who worked over these tickets.

Do you have handy template?

Thanks.
