Migrating from SAP's Solution Manager to JIRA Service Management cloud.

Hi,

 

I used the import option to migrate tickets from existing system(SAP's Solution Manager) to JIRA.

I was not able to edit the following fields:

1. created

2.updated

3.status

Status - I could at least go and manually update. But there is no way to change the created or updated date. My concern is around SLA's. Since, the created date could not be updated the applicable SLA could not be re-calculated.

Could someone please help.

I've not found a method for modifying the Updated date so far.
