We have existing ticketing with ProofHub and we are planning to migrate all the ticket and user to JSM. Is it possible?

Hi @Martinus Sinaga ,

Welcome to the community !!

You can migrate data from proof hub (or any other issue tracker) to jira by making use of CSV.

  • You need first create a project in jira, add required users and grant permissions.
  • Then create required custom fields in jira.
  • Export the data from proofhub to csv and then use this csv for importing data into jira.
  • While importing, jira will ask for field mappings

Please note: Always try export in test instance or in a test project in phase by phase. Later if everything is ok, do in main project.

Detailed steps are explained in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/migrate-from-other-issue-trackers/
