Hello @HeDu 

Are you using the Teams made by Atlassian? If yes, you would need to raise a request for Atlassian to ask them directly about this. If not, you would need to ask the vendor if they have the API documentation.

What are you asking exactly - Integration with MS Team with Atlassian and the is there any REST APIs to support it?  Secondly,  what operations are you trying to accomplish with the integration?
