Map several worklfows on one Kanbanboard

Deleted user March 27, 2023

Hi together,

How can I set up Jira Work Management so that when I create a ticket on the Kanban Board, I can select which issue type is to be created and then the associated workflow for the issue type runs? I am aware that you can switch between the linked workflows in a project under More, but is it also possible to map several workflows on the same Kanban board at the same time?

Thanks and best regards

Boards are not issue containers, nor do they drive any configuration.  They are a view.

Workflows do not go on to boards (although you can effectively maintain single workflows from some types of board), they are a function of the project and issue type.

You need to do multiple workflows in the projects that are showing issues to the boards.

Hi @[deleted] is your question related to Jira Work Management or Jira Service Management? Your post talks about Jira Work Management, but you posted this question in the Jira Service Management product group. Thanks to confirm.
