Myself, and multiple users on my team, are unable to manually assign a ticket to a team member. Once we type their name and select the user from the list, the following error notice pops up.
We've tried multiple times over the last few hours but are still finding the same issue. Any idea how to resolve this issue?
The key check to ensure that your team members are all licensed (agents for JSM) and it is associated to the correct project role.
For each project (now called Space) permission configuration, make sure the your team is associated to the "Assignable users" permission call out.
Just like @John Funk stated.
Best, Joseph
Hi Kerstin,
The user must have an Agent License and be in the Service Desk Team project role.
Also, you can use the Permission Helper under the space permissions to check the Assignable user permission.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thanks for the input, John. I've checked the user and they have the Service Desk Team role. They're also able to be assigned other tickets; it seems like it's just an issue with this one ticket?

Can others be assigned that ticket? And if so, can you assign to someone else that then assign it back to them?
And did you do the Permission Helper for that particular ticket for the Assignable user permission?
