Mandatory business order template signing for employees

We need to create a procedure regarding business trips. Each time an employee fills out the Jira ticket for a business trip and it is confirmed- we want to make an automated process for Business order template generating and signing. Need a help regarding this solution.

Native Jira doesn't include a built-in feature for creating standardized issue templates. You could consider creating automation rules, here's a link to the automation library
