Managing Slack to ticket settings

I connected slack to our Jira Cloud instance, and I am able to use the /jira create command successfully. Within the next dialog box, I can choose the Project, write up a Summary, and Description. BUT I am also seeing EVERY other custom field that we've created from within Jira Service Management. 

Does anyone know how to reduce the number of fields that are displaying within this Slack to ticket function?

Hi Eric! Thank you for your great question. I can totally see how this is an issue for you - you want to create a ticket quickly from Slack, but you are having to scroll through every custom field you have in Jira. Unfortunately today there is no way to reduce the amount of fields that show in Slack besides choosing a project that has fewer fields - or, you could simply ignore most of the fields and submit without filling them out (but I'm sure you know that already).

I'd love to hear more about your use case - what has driven you to want to reduce the number of fields displaying?
