Managed apps add-on shows "0 of 85 modules enabled" after install

Installed the "Assets and Inventory Plugin for JIRA".  It shows has installed with a valid license in the manage apps section, but all modules show as disabled.  I'm new to jira so I'm not sure what logs to look at to begin troubleshooting.

If re-enabling the app (as Max mentioned) doesn't work please raise a support ticket here. They will respond ASAP.

Hi Daniel, 

have you tried to uninstall and load the app again from the marketplace? Do you have access to the log files? If not try our free app Last Log for Jira to access them from the Jira administration console to look for further details what and why failed. Is that app the only one being disabled or are others disabled as well?

Here is a generic error message on the manage apps page:

"This app couldn't be loaded. It has one or more errors that prevent it from being enabled."
