Here is the things, we would like to create different type of requests for each organizations.
I also would like to make sure it can only have access to there type of request.
Let's say organization A and B.
On jira service desk side we have allow orga A to report only bug and B to request IT support.
We would like to allow A to have access only to report request from the customer portal and B only the IT support request.
Can we do that ?

When we add customers to a project, they will have access to all request types. It's not possible to restrict, for example, some request types by organization or domain.
There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.
For now, if you want to restrict, you will have to create a separate project for each organization.

Once the feature starts being worked on, our product managers will update the ticket.
