Manage AI Studio not available

Hello,

I created an AI agente for my project and everything was ok.

After 1 day I have a real strange situation: in the customer portal the agent is still available and fully working but in the back-end, if I click on "AI AGENT" now I can just create a new agent. There is not "VIRTUAL AGENT STUDIO" icon there, I don't know how to modify the current agent.

There is no AI functionality on a free instance, did you start out with a traisl on standard or premium and you reverted back to free now?
