Hi, I have a jira service management project in Jira Cloud and would like to know how can i make logging in with username and password mandatory for users to create and edit an issue.
To manage this access, go to Settings > Products. Select Customer access from the left pane.
"Allow customers to create accounts" needs to be selected and then ensure "Customers can access and send requires from the portal without logging in" remains unticked.

It is not clear on what you are asking at this time. Are you stating that users (agent) can access the JSM project against your site without logging into the application now?
