×I need to make certain fields mandatory if the task is created by an agent, but not show it to the user on the portal. If you do it through a request form, the customer sees the field. I know that you can make fields mandatory when transferring to the next status, but I would like it so that when an agent creates through a project and not a portal, he would have mandatory fields
Place these fields on the work item view and when creating an issue, don't choose a request type, from the request type option.
