Make certain content available in the Customer Portal

I would like to create a new page in the Customer Portal where every customer can see certain content. This page should be available under the following URL: "http://myjirainstance.com/servicedesk/customer/user/custompage".

Is that possible?

I tried to create a plugin with a servlet module, but I don't know how to make this servlet content available in the customer portal.

Dominik,

Have you considered using the Knowledge base? You can then give certain users access to content.

Thank you for your answer, Victor.

Unfortunately, that's not exactly what I'm looking for.

In my case, I would like to give the customer access to a page that contains a specific list of issues. This page should only show issues that match a specific JQL Query, depending on which customer visits the page.

In the ideal case, the page should look like any other page in the Customer Portal, so that the Customer believes that this list is a part of the Customer Portal.
