Our Service Desk knowledge base articles are center aligned with margins and don't stretch the width of the window. I want them to be wider in the window, maybe 3/4 wide, so half the width of the margins. I'm not sure if this is because of a Service Desk Template, can anyone help?
I've tried looking for templates / layout / set up, and I can't find where to edit.

When it comes to the customer portal and articles, currently, there is no workaround besides allowing the customer to view the articles directly in Confluence.
They can view it without a Confluence license, but it will require to migrate their accounts to Atlassian account:
