I was asked to create a filter for any user who has not approved. which will later be visualized for tickets and users who have not done approval. Example:
Field that used for Approval is "Approval Group A"
Inside Approval Group A, there are:
-User A
-User B
Case 1:
User A is Approved the ticket, but User B Not yet Approve the ticket.
Problem:
I want to know from Dashboard & Filter on that approval status who is not approve the ticket yet and who was already approve the ticket
note: 1 Approval step requires 1 group consisting of several approvers
