Hello everyone.
I am rather new to Jira Admin things.
Trying to set up an incoming mail functionality for a project, which has to interact with mails coming from another Support system. The email address attached to that project is <jira@[company].atlassian.net> but no mails seem to come in. (Nothing shows up in the audit log.)
Do you have a clue if this needs to be activated? Or do I need to figure out something with another email address?
