Mail Handlers incoming mail failed even the gmail inbox has the new email

The Jira mail handlers is not working starting from 14 Nov. Originally it is working normally, now, starting from 14 Nov, even there are new coming email in the gmail inbox, the work item is not created and when I run the test, it pops up "No messages were found in this mailbox. To properly test this handler, populate your mailbox with a few emails first and re-run the test."

I did not find any other error message on that, the Mail Handlers incoming mail does not work suddently

Hi @Indy W ,

please check that the email used by your handler is working correctly (probably there is some conenction issue at that side)

• Make sure the handler is connected to the correct email account 
• Check credentials and permissions.

Thanks for the advice.

The mail handler was originally working, and it does not work suddenly.

We have not changed any email account, credential and permissions
