Hey Friends,
So I'm currently watching the Install of JSM Chat to MS Teams, and I noticed that when someone goes into the Help Chat Channel and just types out their request, you can go in and create the ticket with Assist, but the message stays there.
Is there any way to make it so that once a person submits their request and we change it to a ticket, it either hides or gets deleted so that no one else can see it? Let me know, thanks!
Hi @Jon Correa
I am not aware of this workflow with Assist. To achieve something like this you will need to do it from the Microsoft end of things. I would recommend checking out Microsoft Power Automate. I haven't messed around with it a ton, but I know there are a lot cool things you can do with Power Automate.
I'll have to test it out and see if that can help me. Thanks for the suggestion.

@Riley Sullivan I tried going through Power Automate, but couldn't find anything to hide/delete any messages after Assist was triggered.
