MS Team jira Integration does not work

In the marketplace there is a server app called https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1217836/microsoft-teams-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=server

I did the configuration and got the Jira ID. However when I log into the MS Team I get the error that the ID can't be connected.

Has anyone configured this before or any experience ?

Update:I added the configure Firewall IP addresses under the white list and worked.

Hi @Baris Sehitoglu

We got it working in our server environment. Check that when you copy the jira id you don't copy the trailing spaces.
