MIGRAR INCIDENCIAS DE UN PROYECTO A OTRO

Me preguntaba si es posible migrar incidencias creadas en un proyecto, 

a otro diferente, 

y como hacer esto.

Hola,

Absolutamente, necesitará "mover" los incidentes del proyecto inicial al proyecto de destino.
Cuando se mueva, se le pedirá que asigne ciertos campos / estados para asegurarse de que realmente se pueda mover.
Si no existe un valor en el proyecto de destino (principalmente estados), deberá proporcionar un valor mapeado.
