MBWW01 - [email removed] account issues

Hi Support,

 

In the MBWW01 system, I created a Justin Tsai account, but I noticed that an identical email address, justin.tsai@mbww.com, appears across all projects. However, I can’t find this account in the user administrator settings. This issue is preventing me from correctly assigning permissions to Justin, as the system keeps selecting the email address instead of the account. I’ve already deleted the Justin Tsai account, but justin.tsai@mbww.com is still selectable in all my projects. Please assist in resolving this! Thank you.
