Hello there.

Could you please assist, after Google Chrome update to Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (64-bit) we lost the option for selecting templates for ticket resolution here

Despite that, in the comments, this option is still available

So, any options to fix that? Or just wait for the next Chrome update?

it looks like a transition screen, in these screen the canned response is not available
